Steve Christensen is SugarHill's Senior Staff Engineer. He has won his engineering spurs on major label sessions with Destiny's Child, Clay Walker, Ann-Margret, and Joe Sample. He has recorded for Sony, Columbia, Giant Records, and Cash Money Records.

"Steve O" is known for his creativity and versatility in all styles of music, making him a highly sought after commodity among our local clients, including John Evans Band, Mark Needs a Chick, Silverleaf, Pale, Thomas Boyce, The John Sparrow, F. Co., Silvertrip, Abasia, Shannon Cutts, Secret Agent 8, Ultra Magg, and Dimitri's Rail. Steve's professionalism and easygoing nature puts even the most demanding artist quickly at ease.

On his days off, Steve works on a truly epic recording project with his band, Slovak Republic, in which he plays bass guitar.
