Deposit
At the time of booking we require a 50% deposit, with the remaining 50% due at the session. Deposits are taken through Cash App or Zelle.
Cancellation
With 48 hours notice or more, your deposit is refundable. Inside 48 hours you can reschedule. Inside 24 hours the deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is required to rebook.
Bring a Drive
Clients should bring a hard drive to every session to keep their sessions stored on. SugarHill is not a storage facility.
Six-Month Resets
The studio runs a hard reset every six months to clear the high volume of data in the archive. We are not responsible for archiving your data, so keep your own copy.
Backups & Recovery
We do not want to see you lose any of your work, so we archive all sessions just in case. Data recovery and file transfer are available for a fee.
